If you'd like to delete your MyPlants account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. MyPlants is developed by MyPlants App Ltd.
Send an email to hello@myplantsapp.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Please include the email address associated with your MyPlants account.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
No personal data is retained after account deletion. Anonymous usage data is not collected.
Deletion is permanent and immediate upon processing. There is no retention period.
